Time for another round of LOOK HOW AWESOME MY NIECE IS!
My 3 year old niece is insanely nerdy. While most little girls her age want to be a fairy or a princess for Halloween, she wanted to be FIRESTAR from Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, the cartoon from the 80s.

She ran around all night only answering to Firestar. If anyone needed help with anything, she would save them. She would strike poses and yell FIRESTAR as well as hold out her hand and make SHHHHH noises for her “flame powers”.
We even got a picture of her with a boy dressed as Spider-Man!
This little 3 year old girl can name almost more Marvel super heroes than I can AND their powers. When she plays with my Black Widow toy and yells “OH NO! BLACK WIDOW IS TRAPPED BY THE BAD GUYS!” I grab my Hawkeye toy to come save her. She tells me, “Oh, Black Widow doesn’t NEED help. She saved herself.” The same little girl who told my sister that she shouldn’t be afraid. She should be strong and fight back!
This child is MY hero.

That girl is my hero. Seriously, she’s PERFECT! Firestar was my childhood and I am SO GLAD to see that girls today are still growing up with heroes like her. Perfect costume! She rocks! Kick some butts, Firestar!

What a superstar.

Did this come from a particular book?
*EDIT* Okay, apparently somebody removed the OP comment, which said it came from “Strength Training Anatomy - 3rd Edition from Frederic Delavie”.
Don’t remove sources, guys.
